Welcome to RAG Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and digital content. By accessing our platform or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Company Overview

RAG Studio is a creative design and development agency based in India. We specialize in branding, web design and development, UI/UX, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and strategic communication. Our mission is to transform creative ideas into digital realities that drive impact and innovation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, you:

  • Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

  • Agree to be bound by them in full.

  • Represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Services Offered

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Branding & Identity Design

  • Website Design & Development (WordPress, Custom Code, eCommerce)

  • UX/UI Design

  • SEO & Digital Marketing

  • Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Strategic Consultation

  • Awareness Campaigns and NGO Collaborations

Service details will be outlined in a mutually signed project proposal or contract.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All work produced by RAG Studio remains the intellectual property of the company until the client has completed all payments as agreed. After full payment:

  • The client gains the right to use, display, and edit the work as required.

  • RAG Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any use of our templates, codes, strategies, or designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Project Engagement & Delivery

  • Clients are required to provide necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

  • We deliver in phases or as per milestones described in the scope of work.

  • Delays in client communication may extend delivery timelines.

  • RAG Studio will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party services or vendors.

6. Revisions & Approvals

Our standard engagement includes a limited number of revisions. Further revisions may be billed additionally. It is the client’s responsibility to provide approvals for each milestone to avoid delays in project flow.

7. Payment Terms

  • A project begins upon receipt of an initial deposit (usually 30-50% of the total project fee).

  • Milestone-based payments or monthly retainers may apply, depending on the nature of the engagement.

  • Invoices are to be cleared within 7 days of receipt unless agreed otherwise.

  • Delays in payments may result in work stoppage or late fees.

8. Confidentiality & Data Security

  • We respect client confidentiality and maintain strict control over access to all sensitive materials.

  • Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

  • RAG Studio complies with relevant data privacy regulations, including Indian IT laws.

9. Warranties and Liability

  • RAG Studio does not guarantee specific results from digital marketing or SEO due to the nature of online algorithms.

  • While we strive for accuracy and high performance, we cannot be held liable for issues arising from misuse, modification, or improper implementation of our services.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

  • RAG Studio may suggest or resell hosting and domain services but is not liable for downtime, service issues, or breaches occurring via third-party platforms.

  • Clients are responsible for renewing domain and hosting services on time.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days written notice.

  • RAG Studio may terminate services without notice if the client violates these Terms, fails to pay, or behaves in a manner harmful to our team.

  • Upon termination, completed work up to that point will be handed over after payment clearance.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to try mediation before pursuing legal resolution.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City], India.

13. Force Majeure

RAG Studio shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, technical failures, or government restrictions.

14. Changes to Terms
